Special Projects Group, General Manager
In his role as the General Manager of the Special Projects Group, Paul is primarily responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the project management team as well as fast-paced projects ranging in duration from a few days to 6-months on average.
Leveraging his many years of industry experience, Paul provides essential leadership to his team, helping them to develop effective budgets, guiding them through challenging design and construction hurdles, developing and implementing improvements in efficiency, and much more. In all of his work, he strives to deliver outstanding workmanship and customer service.
Paul has 32 years of experience working in plumbing and HVAC. Throughout this career, he has built extensive expertise on the construction industry in Connecticut.
Paul has completed projects in a wide range of markets, including healthcare, institutional, industrial, commercial, and residential facilities. As Paul worked his way through the ranks from Journeyman to Foreman to Project Manager and beyond, he picked up invaluable, practical knowledge about each level of a project’s execution.
Paul currently holds a Plumbing and Medical Gas Contractors license.
The Personal Side
Paul has been married for over 30 years and has two children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, playing softball, and camping.
